Welcome
The Greenwich Woods Rehabilitation & Health Care Center is a 217 bed health care facility located in Greenwich, Connecticut. Set on beautifully landscaped private grounds, the interior of the facility reflects the traditional beauty of a New England estate. Our services include post-acute care, short-term and outpatient rehabilitation, and long term care. In addition, we have a secured thirty-three (33) bed unit dedicated to the care of those with Alzheimer's Disease and other memory impairments.

Rehabilitation is the Key Goal
Our rehabilitation department is staffed by experienced, licensed therapists
who work closely with our doctors and interdisciplinary team. We
provide the most progressive individualized physical, occupational
and speech therapy.
Special
Care Unit
Greenwich
Woods has
a secured thirty-three (33) bed special care unit dedicated to the treatment of those
who have a diagnosis of Alzheimer's
disease or other memory impairments. We take pride in the professionalism
and education of our staff.
Additionally, we provide
a
safe and secured environment. Our beautifully landscaped and secured
wander garden allows our residents to enjoy the outdoors.
Dietary
Department
Our
dietary department along with our registered dietician provides
meals to meet the specific nutritional guidelines and dietary restrictions
of all our residents. Our professionally trained chefs use only
the freshest ingredients and design the menu with suggestions from
our own residents.
